A little too big for me [Posted on 2008-09-23] I really like the case, but it was a little too big for my camera. The backing was a little too stiff, would not bend. Hard to fit in my small purses. Otherwise, good quality. Item was shipping very fast. I returned it, and my return was processed quickly as well.
Excellent protection for camera [Posted on 2008-09-24] The solid backing and soft interior provide the protection I want for my camera and screen. Good size for my Canon Powershot SD870. Hoodie part is nice for extra storage. As someone mentioned it takes a few seconds to get your camera out, but any case is going to delay reaction time.
Looks nice but....too small for cameras! [Posted on 2008-09-26] ...I thought this was a cute camera bag, so I purchased it when I got my Canon PowerShot A590IS. Well!! I can barely get my iPod in there, which is about 1/3 of an inch thick. My camera is better that 1.5 inches at the thickest point. With the hard plastic 'backbone', there's just not enough give. I had to get something quite a bit bigger. Indeed, that I had to return this one contributed to the low rating.
Will not fit Canon A590is [Posted on 2008-11-12] Though this is offered as a recommended accessory on the page containing the canon a590is. The case is way too small.
snug as a bug in a rug [Posted on 2008-11-18] The reason I was searching for a good camera case is because the magnet on my old one caused the battery to die. I wanted something cute, fashionable, easy, and fun. This is all of that and more! I don't have to worry one bit about dropping my camera while it is in this case. The hard plastic back gives me that security. I do, however, have to agree with another user of this case... It is very difficult to get your camera in and out quickly because it is as snug as a bug in a rug in that camera case. Another concern that I have about the case is that the strap looks a bit flimsy. It may not last for very long, but it is still very useful. I'm really happy that I went with this case because it looks exactly like the picture and it is safe for my camera and its just so cute!
